The Edan 6/12-Lead ECG Internal Module Kit is an internal system that is an optional upgrade for the X Series Patient Monitors. This is compatible with the x8, x10, and 12 patient monitors (which are sold separately). The device with the 6/12 lead ECG module is usually used in emergency cases wherein a quick ECG placement is needed without all leads, the monitor will only pick up ECG leads placed.

With its automatic chest lead identification, this internal module can greatly help in cardiac monitoring. It features an iSEAPTM ECG monitoring algorithm with 33 types of arrhythmia detections and SEMIP® ECG diagnosis algorithm with 208 findings. The 6/12-Lead ECG Internal Module must be included at the time of purchase of the X Series Patient Monitor, since this will be factory installed.
