The BD Alaris Filtered Infusion Set is a safe and cost-efficient way of connecting the Alaris Infusion Pump to patients. The filter removes air bacteria and other contaminants from the medication, protecting patients against phlebitis caused by air particulates. The optional SmartSite needle-free valves prevent needlestick injuries and bloodborne infections in both patients and clinicians.

The BD Alaris Filtered Infusion Set is available in several packages, with a choice of having a low sorbing tube to minimize medication leakage and a non-vented tube ideal for use with collapsible plastic bags. With this infusion set, pharmacy, nursing, and other departments can address diverse infusion needs with utmost safety.
