This device sanitizes and disinfects surfaces within minutes while using less chemicals thanks to its advanced micro-droplet technology. With a unique CO2 propulsion system, it is quiet, cordless, and does not require electricity to run. The BioSpray-5 is used with the BioSpray D2 or Sanizide Pro 1 disinfecting solution (both sold separately which are effective against pathogens including the COVID-19 virus and are safe for use on water-sensitive equipment and paper documents. Available in a luggage and backpack style, the BioSpray-5 is the ideal solution for on-the-go sanitizing and disinfection.

Efficient coverage: The BioSpray-5 uses a lab-calibrated microdroplet technology to ensure complete surface coverage at a fraction of the time it would take when using “spray and wipe” solutions. Independent studies show that this technology reduces labor time by up to 63% while applying up to 88% less product. The 5-pound CO2 tank provides 22 minutes of spray time. Biospray-D2 sanitizes within 60 seconds and disinfects within 5 minutes upon application, with no wiping required. Solution application is intermittent.

Kills 99.9% of pathogens in seconds: The BioSpray-5 is recommended for use with BioSpray D2 or Sanizide Pro 1 disinfecting solutions (both are sold separately). The BioSpray D2 is specially formulated for food-contact surfaces such as kitchen sinks, bar counters, and food preparation and packaging machines. The Sanizide Pro is safe for use on all surfaces and is designed as a “one-step” formula that can clean and disinfect surfaces in a single step.

Smaller and lighter: The BioSpray-5 is compact, lightweight, and cordless, making it easy to take anywhere it needs to go. Both the luggage and backpack styles are convenient and easy to transport. The luggage option has a sturdy pullable handle and smooth-rolling wheels while the backpack option has comfortable shoulder straps. Both options have a built-in handle for hand-carrying.

Non-flammable and durable: This USA-made, CE-certified sanitizing system is made of durable ABC material. It is certified non-flammable per code of federal regulations 16/1500.45. Despite the alcohol-based properties of BioSpray D2 and Sanizide Pro 1, the CO2 propellant acts as a natural refrigerant and neutralizes the D2’s fire risk.
