The Bovie DermaScout II Dermatoscope is an efficient and dependable medical instrument designed for the accurate visualization of dermal lesions. It is a great choice for any hospital, clinic or medical facility who aim to view, measure and monitor skin lesions, fungal infections tumors, warts and other conditions that may affect a patient's epidermis.

Magnification and Illumination. Constructed with a 40 mm top lens, the DermaScout II Dermatoscope features 6x magnification with a Diopter Focus Control for sharp focusing. The Dermatoscope has a 40 mm field of view (flat field), a 31 mm working distance and a dual scale measuring reticle (Millimeters and Inches). It has an LED illumination with an array of 9 LED with a battery power over 150 hours and an increment of 0.1 mm and 0.05 in. This device has a durable locking transport and storage case.

The Bovie DermaScout II Dermatoscope comes with a CR2, 3-Volt Battery.
