The CanDo® Digi-Flex® Hand Exerciser is a nifty and useful tool designed to develop strength, flexibility, and coordination of the hand, finger, and forearm. It is highly recommended for use in occupational and physical therapy. Ideal for homes, gym, clinics, therapeutic centres and other healthcare facilities.

This hand exerciser has buttons that can be used independently to exercise fingers or to compress the whole unit. Upper and lower spring provides flexibility to adapt to all hand motions. This item is great for rehabilitation of the carpal tunnel, arthritis, stroke, fractures, tendon injury, nerve lacerations, tennis elbow and other hand/arm injuries. It comes with a pamphlet for usage instructions. This hand exerciser comes in eight (8) color-coded resistance levels for progressive exercising. Levels are arranged in order of strength from least to greatest resistance: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver, and gold.
