The Huntleigh MD2 Bi-Directional Vascular Doppler is intended as a high performance pocket device. As such, the Doppler weights only 10 oz, conveniently fits hand and features an integrated probe parking and storage bracket, allowing for a trouble free exploitation. It provides high level ABPI assessment, vital for the diagnostic of a peripheral arterial disease. The clear LCD screen ensures excellent test data visibility, while the built-in speaker provides a quality sound. For greater flexibility the unit is assembled with an output for headphones and an active noise reduction function. Integral battery management and an auto shut off function help prolong on-charge working hours. MD2 is backed with a 5 years warranty.

Excellent Compatibility
For greater diagnostic efficiency and advanced functional value the Doppler is compatible with 8 different probe types in a range from 2 to 5, 8 and 10 MHz. When used with high sensitivity probes the Doppler facilitates a bi-directional vascular assessment, providing a high level bi-directional blood flow information. Importantly, the Doppler comprises a 5 level waveform calibration function and provides high quality waveform reports when connected to a Dopplex Reporter software package. To allow efficient patient record management, this unit is compatible with Dopplex DR3 and Printa II.

Obstetric Capability
MD2 Bi-Directional Vascular Doppler features a truly extended functionality being capable of an obstetric monitoring function via the integral audio system. Moreover, the unit as well calculates FHR and prints the report when connected to Printa II.
