The Premier Biotech FaStep COVID-19 Antibody Control Test is an optional aid for checking and confirming the validity of your FaStep COVID-19 IgG/IgM Rapid Test.

Negative and Positive Control Samples The FaStep control step consists of two vials of negative control lyophilized human serum, which can each be reconstituted with 30µL of purified water. The second vial is combined with a provided sample of lyophilized anti-SARS-COV-2 IgG and IgM to create a ready-to-use positive sample.

Material Handling The prepared external positive and negative control samples can be treated as actual serum material for test cassettes. Once reconstituted, the material must be stored at a temperature of 4°C.
