It is a great choice for any hospital, clinic, or medical facility to aid in the enhancement of best practices of priming, swabbing, and flushing.

This can be attributed to the lack of interstitial space between the connector’s components, leaving bacteria zero room to grow.

Awesome Design: Made with a solid sealed surface, the MaxPlus Needlefree Connector ensures durability and withstands eight days or 200 activations. Upon disconnection, the connector's antireflux action helps reduce catheter occlusions and costly restarts. The optional clear housing shows a complete active fluid pathway that enables optimal visibility when flushing.

The BD MaxPlus Needlefree Connector has a 0.28 mL priming volume and is labeled for use with low-pressure power injectors up to 325 PSI and a maximum flow rate of 10 mL/second.
