Ensured Lab-quality Results Coulter analyzers provide electronic measurements of hematology parameters. WBC, RBC, PLT, HGB, MCV, and MPV require periodic calibration to yield reliable values.

The calibrator utilizes replicated measurements through a human-blood preparation. It contains stabilized erythrocytes, platelet-sized components, and simulated leukocytes, yielding calibration factors for each measured parameter.

Materials Handling The calibrator requires refrigeration at 2 to 8°C until opening. The unopened agent is stable to expiry. After opening, it is usable for up to an hour.
