Sharpoint™ PLUS Silk Non-Absorbable Sutures with Taper Point Needles, 3/8 Circle, are braided sutures used in General & Skin Closure, Gastrointestinal, Cardiovascular Surgery, Plastic Surgery, and Ophthalmology.

Sharpoint Silk Sutures have good handling and tying characteristics. Its smoothness and tensile strength are excellent. Modern braiding technique ensures precision and unparalleled durability, even with rigorous use. Sharpoint Silk Sutures are equivalent to Ethicon™ PERMA-HAND™ Silk and Syneture™ SofSilk™ .

Sharpoint Silk Sutures are available as dyed (black), coated, or undyed, in various sizes. Size 4-0 is great for larger vessel repair or skin closure. Size 6-0 is used in vascular graft sewing. These sutures feature Taper Point Needles, characterized by a round shaft, straight or curved, taper point with no cutting edge. Perfect for soft tissue closure such as fascia, vascular, gastrointestinal, and most soft tissue below the skin. Available in 12 per box.
