The CanDo Inflatable Sitting and Standing Balance Disc is an inflatable exercise disc that is used to improve coordination, proprioception, and balance. It mimics the functions of an inflatable ball. It is a great addition to any exercise or therapy regimen. It is also recommended to be sued by children who hav trouble concentrating or sitting still to improve focus. Good for use in physical therapy and rehabilitation in clinics, schools, and fitness centres.

This balance disc has a flat side and a nubby-textured side for tactile feedback. It inflates or deflates with the use of a standard pump. It is available in different colors for aesthetic purposes. It comes in two (2) sizes.
