The CanDo Softgrip Hand Weight is comfortable and easy-to-grasp hand weight ideal for use during light workouts and physical therapy. Ideal for homes, gym, clinics, therapeutic centres and other healthcare facilities. It conforms easily to the hand as it was designed by a patient during a physical therapy session. SoftGrip® hand weight is also good for those suffering with arthritis as it is just the right size. It is better to use than dumbbells because it does not cause too much friction with the skin. It is soft to the touch, but it still provides the right resistance and support during exercise. Grommet holes are added for easy storage on hooks. Available in individual, in pairs, or in 10- and 16-piece sets, in various levels of resistance.
