CanDo The Cuff Original Ankle & Wrist Weight has a snug fit, making it great for most strenuous exercise routines, including running, training or walking. It has become a staple in physical therapy and rehabilitation in hospitals for over 30 years. Suitable for the gym, clinics, therapeutic centres and other healthcare facilities.

It is made from heavy-duty materials which means it can keep up with different programs. It even features double stitching throughout. It is grommeted so it can hang easily in any weight rack. Weight is marked in both pounds and kilograms for convenience. The ankle and wrist weight is comfortable to wear. Each one is color-coded to ensure that the user will only use the right weight capacity. To use the weight, the user only needs to insert or remove individual weight packets to get the desired capacity.
