The Covidien Kendall Ti-Cron™ Polyester Sutures are non-absorbable, sterile, surgical sutures for use in general soft tissue approximation and/or ligation, including use in cardiovascular, ophthalmic and neural tissue.

These sutures are coated with silicone for a supple feel. This process enhances surface lubricity, ease of passage through tissue, and knot run-down. Composed of polyethylene terephthalate, Ti-Cron™ Sutures have long chain, high molecular weight fibers that are braided. This special property enhances tensile strength. Ti-Cron™ Polyester Sutures provide maximum security in approximation of tissues and also with prosthetic implants. These sutures are inert, and generate only minor local tissue reaction. Available in Size 2-0 with Taper Point Needles in CV-305, 1/2 Circle.
