The Tristar® Stethoscope offers outstanding acoustic performance in all frequencies and perfect auscultation. It is made of high quality materials and is durable and sturdy. The double chest pieces are made of aluminum with a rapid-exchange connector. It features special membranes and soft, flat non-chill rims. The stethoscope has a strong Y-tube which is made of PVC. The binaurals are chromium plated with an integrated reinforced double spring. The ear tips are soft and comfortable, and feature metal screw thread for effective sealing of the external auditory canal. They are conveniently replaceable.

The Tristar® Stethoscope is latex-free and comes with a 2 year warranty. It is made in Germany. The stethoscope comes with 3 chest-pieces; for adult, baby, and neonatal, an extra pair of ear-tips, replacement membranes, and a name plate. The special membranes measure 28 mm, 36 mm, and 48 mm and the bells measure 24 mm, 28 mm, and 36 mm. The overall length of the stethoscope is 30.7 inches (78 cm), 30.9 inches (78.5 cm), or 31.10 inches (79 cm).
