DME Platform Lifts

A Vertical Platform Lift (VPL) or Incline Platform Lift (IL) is used to transport a scooter, power chair, or wheelchair up a distance as little as two feet to as much as fourteen feet. These lifts may be used inside or outside the home to move a mobility device and its user from ground level to an elevated porch, deck or second level.

Vertical Lifts require a smaller footprint than a ramp, which requires a gradual slope and much longer space. Tiger Medical brings you a selection of lifts designed for assorted locations. Residential Platform Lifts are ideal for low rise residential accessibility. Commercial Platform Lifts may be used in any commercial applications or rise up to 171". Hydraulic Lifts are ultra quiet and ultra quick.

Enclosed Lifts are ideal for enclosed applications where there is no existing hoist way. Commercial applications requiring an enclosure work well with the Toe Guard Lift. The Portable Lift may be used in temporary situations, and are not mounted or secured to the floor.

An Incline Platform Lift transports mobility devices up an incline such as a staircase. Incline platform lifts are ideal when the user is confined to a wheelchair and when vertical lift installations require too many modifications to the home.
