Flexibility Evaluation

Filters

Most of us, not just athletes would like to be more flexible, but measuring our progress is a tricky ordeal. With no general methodology to measure total body flexibility, breaking tests down as per different body parts according to lower and upper body seems to be the best way to go. In addition to efficient body movement, enhanced flexibility may help lower pain in sensitive regions such as lower back and aids in preventing serious injuries along with enhances athleticism. Tests such as the ‘sit and reach’ and ‘trunk rotation’ via devices from industry leaders such as Baseline helps assess flexibility metrics for not just athletes but anyone aspiring a healthier and active life.
