The Covidien 2mL Ezee Nest Sample Cap (5000/case) is a great product that is used for transferring blood samples, which is directly into the cup, which can then be placed into the collection tube. This is usually used to maximize time since there is no need for relabelling. The cap is designed for easy insertion into evacuated blood collection tubes.

It can be very convenient to use this sample cap and it can be resealed, with the use of the snap caps, which are sold separately. This cap is for 16mm blood collection tubes, and is specifically compatible with Beckman AU analyzers. This cap is packed by 1000 and is sold in bulk, 5 packs (5000/case).
