Advanced Features
400 Series™ EST is designed to successfully address the challenges of the application procedure in a demanding surgical setting. It features a high performance, ultra-thin, soft cuff that ensures the acquisition and transmission of superior clarity heart and lung sounds. To ensure flexibility, the device comprises a male luer fitting type that is compatible with any standard ear piece. Intended as a comprehensive device, the Stethoscope is also assembled with a quality temperature sensor that provides continuous and accurate core body temperature readings in anesthetized patients. Both cuff and temperature sensor are located at the distal end of the unit that features a specially designed atraumatic tip with Satin Slip™ finish. This technology greatly enhances patient safety by reducing the risks of trauma and ensuring smooth and easy unit insertion. In addition, the 400 Series™ Stethoscope features clear depth markings allowing a greater control over the unit placement process.
