The Befour MX910 is a battery-powered, ADA-compliant bariatric handrail scale with integrated Opti-Height optical stadiometer and built-in BMI. This is purpose-built for facilities that need 1,000 lbs capacity weighing, full patient stability support, and instant height measurement in a single mobile station. Lower the headpiece, press one button, and weight, height, and BMI all appear on one screen.
