The Befour MX908 combines the wrap-around handrail stability of the MX308 with Opti-Height optical stadiometry, giving clinics a single ADA-compliant station for weight, height, and BMI with full patient support and tilt-and-roll portability. Lower the headpiece, press one button, and height is captured instantly; 3" wheels handle the rest when it's time to move.
