ACCESSIBLE WHEELCHAIR WEIGHING

ADA-CERTIFIED DESIGN: Certified for ADA compliance and engineered in accordance with Medical Diagnostic Equipment (MDE) standards for wheelchair scales.

EXTRA-WIDE PLATFORM: Features a 40.1" W x 36.1" D weighing platform with a 2.5" height for accessible wheelchair weighing.

SLOPED ACCESS RAMPS: Two gently sloped ramps provide accessible entry and exit, with a pass-through design that allows the wheelchair to move across the platform.

1,000-LB CAPACITY: Supports up to 1,000 lb (454 kg) with 0.1 lb (0.05 kg) resolution for precise clinical measurements.

CLINICAL WEIGHING FUNCTIONS

TARE: Allows the wheelchair weight to be entered as a tare value so the indicator displays the patient's net weight.

UNITS LOCK: Allows the scale to remain set to pounds or kilograms to prevent accidental unit changes.

AVERAGE & STABLE HOLD: Averages multiple readings during excessive patient movement for accuracy, and indicates when a stable weight has been achieved and maintains the measurement on the display.

REWEIGH & BMI: Provides a dedicated Reweigh function for obtaining another measurement while the patient remains on the platform and calculates BMI using entered height information.

MOBILITY & CONNECTIVITY

FOLDING DESIGN: The scale folds for more convenient transportation and storage, with the ramps and indicator column designed to fold into a compact configuration.

FOUR CASTERS: Four sturdy casters allow staff to relocate the scale, while hydraulic-assisted opening helps make setup easier.

FLEXIBLE POWER: Operates using the included AC adapter or six AA batteries. The batteries are not included, and Doran specifies a battery life of approximately one year.

EMR-APPROVED: Supports validated data transfer through standard RS-232 and USB connections, with Wifi communication available as an option.
