The BD BBL OADC Middlebrook Enrichment, when used with the Middlebrook and Cohn 7H10 Agar Base, is a supplement recommended for the isolation and cultivation of mycobacteria and other microbes. This supplement adds oleic acid, bovine albumin, sodium chloride, dextrose, and catalase to the Middlebrook and Cohn 7H10 Agar Base for faster and more prolific growth of Mycobacterium species. The BBL OADC Middlebrook Enrichment is sold in a 500 mL bottle and must be refrigerated from 2°C to 8°C.

• Bovine Albumin (Fraction V) 50.0 g/L
• Catalase 0.03 g/L
• Oleic Acid 0.6 mL/L
