The BD Bio-Bag Disposable Environmental Test Chamber Pouch makes it easy to cultivate and isolate specific bacteria and cultures without traditional environmental chamber machines. The pouches are transparent to allow users to observe without disturbing the environment. We have two available types of Bio-Bags: Type A and Type CFJ. Configuration Options. We carry two types of BD Bio-Bag Disposable Environmental Chamber Pouch: Type A and Type Cfj. • 261216: Type A Multi-Plate System, 50/Cs. The Type A multi-plate bag provides an anaerobic environment to isolate obligate or facultative anaerobic bacteria. This bag is designed to hold up to 3 standard 100-mm Petri dishes, identification strips, or MIC plates. The 50-Pack comes with 50 anaerobic generators/indicators that consist of potassium borohydride, sodium bicarbonate, and an ampule of hydrochloric acid; 100 Palladium catalyst containers; and 50 Type A Bio-Bag Environmental Chambers. • 261212: Type Cfj, 25/Cs. The Type Cfj bag provides a microaerophilic environment for the growth and isolation of Campylobacter jejuni cultures. One bag holds up to two Petri dishes or MIC plates.
