The Smiths Medical Bivona Adult Tracheostomy Tube is a reliable device used to help an adult patient breathe through an opening in the neck area. During a tracheostomy procedure, this sterile tube is inserted from the outside of the neck into the trachea (windpipe), providing a passageway for oxygen to reach the lungs. It also helps in maintaining the tracheal stoma open.

High-Quality Construction & Function

DURABLE: The tube has a soft, radiopaque silicone construction, making it highly flexible to easily conform to the patient's anatomy.
STERILE & SAFE: This tube is packed sterile, and is designed with a soft low trauma tip and soft neck flange, ensuring safety and comfortability during insertion and placement.
EASE-OF-USE: It has a twill trach tie, and a clip-in obturator with a hollow atraumatic tip, which allows changing of tube over a guidewire.
