It is available in three (3) lengths: 14", 22" and 30 inches. Length refers to measurement of tubing from end to end when it is laid flat. It uses the Thera-Band® color sequence with seven (7) levels of resistance. Levels are arranged in order of strength from least to greatest resistance: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, and silver.
