The CanDo Bungee Exercise Cord is a color coded bungee cord used to perform a variety of upper and lower body workouts. Ideal for homes, gym, clinics, therapeutic centres and other healthcare facilities.

Cord has a snap-hook on one end and a door jamb nub and loop anchor on the other end. Simply attach the snap-hook on one end of the bungee cord to D-ring straps, D-ring handles, or D-ring anchors. The other end of the cord can be gripped, used as a foot stirrup, or placed in a door jamb with its nub anchor. Together with included attachments, it is versatile enough to be used on upper and lower body exercises. It comes in two sizes -- 4 feet and 7 feet. It comes in eight (8) levels of resistance. Levels are arranged in order of strength from least to greatest resistance: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver, and gold.
