* The Calyana Prime is slightly thinner than the Calyana Pro, offering the User stability for balance poses. It is available either one-sided or two-sided, depending on the needs of your routine. The Calyana Pro is usually used for exercises that involve intense physical exertions, or poses that require extra joint support.
