The Cardiophon® 2.0 Stethoscope is the new and greatly improved version of the Cardiophon® Stethoscope. It features enhanced acoustics and sound transmission and a newly constructed chest piece and binaural. The Cardiophon 2.0 offers precise auscultation in all frequency ranges for adults and children and offers especially good auscultations in the 200 - 500 Hz range, which makes it a perfect stethoscope for cardiology use. The Cardiophon Stethoscope's Double Chest Piece is constructed of stainless steel and offers precise acoustics. It features bilateral special membranes that are 44 mm and 32 mm with non-chill rims for comfortable adaptation to the skin. The stethoscope has an anatomically shaped Binaural with an internal multiple spring for adjusting the contact pressure. It uses extra-soft replaceable and pivotable Ear Tips with perfect sealing at the ear canal and enhanced wearer comfort. There is great audio-transmission with the Y-tube with separate sound conducting pathways for both ears. The Cardiophon Cardiology Stethoscope comes with 2 pairs of replacement Ear Tips, 2 replacement Membranes, and a Name Plate. It has an overall length of 28" (71 cm) and weighs 7 oz. (204 g).
