The BD Carefusion Chemo-Safety Universal Vented Vial Access Device is a state-of-the-art medical instrument designed to form a closed system for the safe access of multiple drug vials needed by a patient.

Awesome Design. With its 0.2 Micron Hydrophobic Air-Venting Filter, the Carefusion Chemo-Safety Universal Vented Vial Access Device neutralizes vial pressure which minimizes aerosols and surface contamination. This filter also enables medical personnel to easily extract the drug from the vial. The Universal Vented Vial Access Device features a dual pathway spike that efficiently transfers fluids to maximize extractable volume.

The BD Carefusion Chemo-Safety Universal Vented Vial Access Device has a Priming Volume of 0.15 mL, a Residual Fluid less than 1.2 mL, a Flow Rate greater than 3,000 mL per Hour and a Quantity of 100 per Case. It also includes the following:
