Robust, Portable and Precise. Made with rugged construction, the Carescape® V100 Vital Signs Monitor is durable and can surely withstand daily rigorous clinical use. Its small-form-factor makes the device easy to take around the facility without a problem. The built-in battery can let the monitor run up to 11 hours before requiring a recharge and if the battery is discharged, it still maintains the data and can easily be plugged into the wall for continuous usage. With a combination of fast determination and an advanced algorithm, the Carescape® V100 Vital Signs Monitor help ensure patient with the same accuracy and reliability as other higher acuity GE Monitors which ensures consistent measurement across all care areas.

Precise and Quick Readings. Using proven DINAMAP Technology, the Carescape® V100 Vital Signs Monitor feature SuperSTAT blood pressure algorithms which support speed, comfort and artifact rejection for all types of patients. It has a non-invasive blood pressure determination time of 14 seconds and can be used for both spot-checking and continuous monitoring.

Quick Temperature Readings. The GE Healthcare Carescape® V100 Vital Signs Monitor has two temperature options to choose from; Alaris Turbo Temp or Exergen Temporal Scanner. The Alaris Turbo Temp provides a quick oral or rectal temperature measurement from the bedside as well as axillary temperatures in monitor mode in as fast as 7 seconds while the Exergen Temporal Scanner uses an ultrafast infrared scanning technology with arterial heat balance algorithms to provide a fast and non-invasive measurement of the patient's temperature.

Reliable SpO2 Measurement Options. The GE Healthcare Carescape® V100 Vital Signs Monitor provides users with a choice of having either a GE Ohmeda, Nellcor Masimo SpO2. The GE Ohmeda SpO2 features a measurement range of 1 to 100%, a pulse rate of 30 to 250 bpm and a Perfusion Index Value (Plr) of 0.00 to 9.99. It has a saturation accuracy rate for Adults of 70 to 100% ± 2 Digits, Neonates of 70 to 100% ± 3 digits (Without Motion) and Both Adults & Neonates (During Clinical Motion) of 70 to 100% ± 3 digits. It has exceeded the accuracy requirements set by the ISO 9919. The Nellcor SpO2 has a measurement range of 1 to 100%, a pulse rate of 20 to 250 bpm, and a perfusion range of 0.03 to 20% with accuracy for Adults of 70 to 100% ± 2 Digits and Neonates of 70 to 100% ± 3 digits. The Masimo SpO2 has a measurement range of 1 to 100%, a pulse rate of 25 to 240 bpm, and a perfusion range of 0.02 to 20% with an accuracy for Adults/Pediatrics of 70 to 100% ± 2 Digits, Neonates of 70 to 100% ± 3 digits (Without Motion) and Adults/Pediatrics/Neonates (With Motion) of 70 to 100% ± 3 digits.

Additional Upgrades. The GE Healthcare Carescape® V100 Vital Signs Monitor features various choices to choose from to add further functionality to it. An option of having a built-in thermal dot array printer can be chosen which enables the Clinician to immediately print-out patient data or results whenever needed. It has a resolution of 384 dots per inch horizontally and can only use paper rolls compatible with GE PN 770137. One of the two connectors, either a Dinaclick or Submin connector, can be chosen which provides a hassle-free connection and disconnection of Blood Pressure Cuffs.
