The Fabrication Enterprises Corbett Targeted Coin Test Box is designed for the assessment of palm to finger tip In-Hand Manipulation (IHM), Fine Motor Manipulation (FMM) with wrist Dart Thrower’s Motion (DTM). Suitable for use of Clinicians so they can accurately observe their patients’ recovery of shift, rotation and translation of IHM.

This Targeted Coin Test Box helps to evaluate the speed and accuracy of a patient’s IHM. The test involves translating coins from palm to fingers, and inserting the coins in slots that are randomly positioned. Unlike most pegboard tests, it requires complex visual-motor skills, differential tendon glide and proprioceptive coordination. Aside from coins, it can also relate well to buttons, earrings, snack food or bingo chips. It is easy and convenient to use. The simple design is also easy to clean.
