CORE Digital Stethoscope

The 3M Littmann CORE Digital Stethoscope offers high-quality digitally amplified pulse signal. The digital stethoscope helps get a very clear heartbeat signal and overcomes all the limitations of a generic stethoscope. Even with the technologically advanced digital module, this stethoscope can be used by doctors and nurses just as easily as a generic one, while proving to be greatly beneficial in all kinds of healthcare environments and home.

Digital Efficiency: The CORE stethoscope’s digital module gives it a great edge in diagnosis of a patient’s condition. Besides the perks of a digitally enhanced signal, this scope also offers greater ease and usability. The digital signal can be amplified up to 40x, while keeping the signal quality intact. This provides a huge benefit for cases where the raw signal is weak. The digital mode also has active noise cancellation to keep the signal free of surrounding sounds. The signal can be viewed on a mobile device in real time through Eko software for a more in-depth analysis.

For higher utility and to cater to more use cases, the CORE stethoscope can be operated in manual mode as well. The modes can be switched quickly by a toggle switch on the digital module.

Added Features: The stethoscope is built for user’s comfort and ease and every element of its design is a testament to that. It has a 27” long tube that allows freedom of movement. The ear tips are soft sealing and provide excellent acoustic seal and perfect fit. The tunable stainless steel chestpiece is double-sided – a smaller side for pediatric use and a larger side of adult usage.
