The Beckman Coulter, Inc. Coulter 6C Cell Control is a proprietary quality control aid to monitor the UniCel DxH Coulter Cellular Analysis System’s performance.

Performance Monitoring The Coulter 6C is a reference product derived from stabilized human blood. The agent allows for monitoring instrument performance by providing values for hemoglobin, NRBC, and WBC analysis.

Material Handling The control agent is stable when stored unopened at 2 to 8°C. Stability after opening requires referring to the Table of Expected Results of your system. Inability to obtain expected values or getting gross hemolysis indicates the deterioration of the product.
