The COULTER® HmX PAK Reagent Kit includes an erythrolytic reagent and a leukocyte preservative. It is used with the COULTER HmX hematology analyzers to lyse erythrocytes and preserve leukocytes.

The sample produced can be used to perform a five-part WBC differential analysis using VCS technology. COULTER® HmX PAK Reagent Kit should only be used with ISOTON® III or ISOTON 4 diluent.

The pack contains:

  • 1 x 1,300 mL PAK LYSE
  • 1 x 350 mL PAK PRESERVE
