COULTER® LYSE S® III diff Lytic Reagent is helpful in the quantitative determination of hemoglobin. It also records the leukocytes (white blood cells) and figures out the origin of the leukocyte subpopulations. The leukocytes are divided into three populations (lymphocytes, mononuclear cells, and granulocytes).

Using this reagent leukocytes are counted and sized on COULTER JT™ Series, GEN•S™, STKS™, MAXM™, HmX, LH 500, LH 750, and LH 780 hematology analyzers. It should be used with ISOTON® III or LH Series diluents only.
