The Beckman Coulter, Inc. Coulter Retic Pack contains analytic agents for clearing red cells and staining reticulocytes through supravital staining.

RNA Detection The system functions through two separate reagents. The first contains methylene blue dye that precipitates basophilic RNA found in reticulocytes. The second reagent clears hemoglobin and unbound stain to reveal RBC and reticulocytes for analysis.

Material Handling The reagents must be stored at 2 to 30°C. They are stable for up to 60 days after opening.
