Throat Illuminator: ADC's Diagnostix 3.5v throat illuminator utilizes PMMA light transmission (a technology similar to fiberoptic) for a clear and uninterrupted view of the mouth and throat. It features a tongue blade holder to allow for unobstructed examination, with an eject button to remove used blades.

Long lasting battery life: The solid brass handle of this portable dermascope is ribbed for easy grip and features a built in plug and rechargeable battery, making it fully portable. When fully charged (over a 24 hour period) this rechargeable 1400mAh Li-ion Battery provides 2-3 hours of continuous usage with xenon lamps and 30 hours usage with LED lamps. It lasts for up to 1200 charge cycles.
