The CanDo® Digi-Flex® LiTE® Hand Exerciser is an inexpensive, patented device used for rehabilitation of hand and upper extremities. It is designed to improve finger strength and to develop flexibility and coordination. It is highly recommended for use in occupational and physical therapy. Ideal for homes, gym, clinics, therapeutic centres and other healthcare facilities.

This hand exerciser has a single spring design with a plastic sheath. Individual finger locks allow for isolated finger exercises. It simultaneously develops hand and forearm strength. It comes with a pamphlet for usage instructions. This hand exerciser comes in eight (8) color-coded resistance levels for progressive exercising. Levels are arranged in order of strength from least to greatest resistance: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver, and gold.
