The Befour MX202 is a portable, battery-powered neonatal and pediatric scale with 1 gram resolution, built for daily and serial weighing of neonates and infants in any care setting. MotionLock technology locks in accurate readings even on moving infants, while the removable acrylic cradle with built-in length ruler handles weight and length measurement in one unit.

1 GRAM RESOLUTION: Standard on every unit, ±1g accuracy to 10,000g, ±5g from 10,001 to 20,000g, and ±0.1 oz across the full range. Precise enough for diaper weighing to track breastfeeding intake or urine output.

MOTIONLOCK TECHNOLOGY: Automatically locks in an accurate reading even for moving infants, no need to hold the baby still or repeat the measurement.

REMOVABLE ACRYLIC CRADLE: Large 24" x 15" x 3" cradle with visible length ruler included for simultaneous weight and length measurement. 

FLEXIBLE UNIT DISPLAY: Weighs and displays in grams, kilograms, or lb/oz, with LB/KG lockout to lock the scale into your preferred unit.

ECO WEIGH BATTERY SYSTEM: Four included D-cell batteries deliver up to 100,000 weighings; optional AC adapter available (P/N: 03049-08). Two large carrying handles make the unit easy to move between rooms.

EMR CONNECTIVITY: USB serial or optional wireless module feeds data directly into your records system. Arrives fully assembled; insert cradle and batteries and it's ready to use.
