The Dynarex DynaGinate™ Calcium Alginate Wound Dressing is a latex-free and sterile topical wound dressing designed to protect the wound and maintain a moist wound environment. High Absorbency. The DynaGinate™ Calcium Alginate Wound Dressing is highly absorbent which is designed to absorb 17 times its own weight in moisture. It readily conforms to any wound bed and it gels on contact with moisture, assists in maintaining a moist wound site and hastens the healing process. Various Uses. The dressing is ideal for patients with diabetic ulcers, leg ulcers, donor sites, surgical wounds, lacerations, abrasions and wound stages III, IV. It doesn't adhere to the wound bed which reduces the pain and discomfort during dressing changes. Available Options.
