The Retractable Technologies EasyPoint Needle (400/case) is a retractable needle, which helps healthcare professionals to avoid needlestick injuries by safely injecting medication to the patient and retracting the needle after injection. It features an automatic safety retraction, by pressing the color-coded activation tab, to let the needle automatically retract to the safety chamber. This syringe is compatible with both luer lock and luer slip syringes, and can also be used with pre-filled syringes. This automatic safety mechanism covers the syringe luer tip and remains enclosed through disposal, which technically eliminates the exposure of the clinician from the needle to avoid injury, and reduces the risk of contamination. Each EasyPoint needle has a clear and compact safety chamber that does not interfere during injection. This is easy to use and can be activated using only one hand. Product Options.
