The Covidien Endo Stitch™ PolySorb™ Absorbable Single Stitch Reload Sutures, 12 per Box are sterile surgical instruments designed to hold body tissues together after an injury or surgery throughout the wound healing process.

Awesome Design. Made with absorbable, clean and high-quality materials, the Endo Stitch™ PolySorb™ Absorbable Single Stitch Reload Sutures are synthetic polyester composed of Lactomer™ glycolide/lactide copolymer. These sutures are braided tightly to ensure less tissue trauma as well as allow first-rate knot security. The Sutures have a violet color which makes it easier to distinguish especially under bright surgical lights.

Made for Healing. With its ES-9 Taper Needle, the Endo Stitch™ PolySorb™ Absorbable Single Stitch Reload Sutures are used for hassle-free penetration of tissue such as bowel or blood vessels. The Suture has a size of either 2-0 or 3-0 which is used for the closure of thick skin, fascia, muscle and tendon repair. It has a tensile retention strength of 3 weeks and an absorption profile from 56 to 70 days.
