The Oakworks Attachment Platform allows the headrest and face rest to be attached to the 3000 series procedure chairs. It provides additional support to the patient in prone or supine position. This platform can be used with the 3000, 3100 and 3050 model chairs.

To install this platform, its two dowels are to be inserted into the clamps to desired length and the knob tightened to hold it securely in place. The platform has three adjustment points to provide angle and distance adjustments. It can be extended up to 4" longitudinally.
