The CanDo Fixed Resistance Grip is used for hand flexion exercises to improve strength. Suitable for home or clinic use, it assists in physical therapy and rehabilitation.

Hand Grips are color-coded according to varying levels of resistance, which covers everything from rehabilitation to athletic training. Weight is equivalent to the force required to squeeze each grip. Force is doubled with each resistance. Available in pairs.
