The Gastroccult Developer is used with the Gastroccult, a CLIA waived rapid test for occult blood and ph. Gastroccult is used to diagnose and manage a range of gastric disorders.

The developer is applied over the sample of gastric aspirate or vomitus in the occult blood test area. Results are available in 60 seconds. Another drop is placed between the positive and negative performance monitor area. After 10 seconds, a positive result will appear as a blue color in the positive area and the negative area will stay colorless.
