It is ideal for use during emergency situations. The Gomco OptiVac Portable Aspirator runs for 3 hours at maximum vacuum on a full battery. After only 2 hours of charging, it runs for 1 hour. When on AC power it will run at full performance, even if the battery is depleted. A battery maintenance system ensures that the battery gets fully charged but not overcharged. The aspirator is a sealed unit which makes it water resistant, easy to clean, and will have minimal contamination and or damage to the pump and battery. The OptiVac Portable Aspirator measures 16.8" W x 7.5" D x 9.4" H and weighs 11.4 lbs. It comes with a 3 year warranty on the unit and a 1 year warranty on the battery.
