The CanDo Graded Pinch Exerciser Set is designed to exercise all upper extremities: fingers, wrists, forearms and shoulders. It effectively improves range of motion, strength, and coordination. Ideal for exercise and physical therapy. Suitable for clincs, the gym, and other healthcare facilities.

This exerciser set can be used to do squeezing motions or to perform simple pinch exercises. Simply place each pinchpin on one of the horizontal or vertical cross rods with different sizes. Resistance is increased by using a higher resistance pinchpin or by placing the exerciser on a horizontal rod with a wider diameter. Pinchpins are color-coded to reflect variations in levels of resistance.

- Exercise box with 3 different diameter horizontal cross rods (3/8”, 3/10” and 1/10” diameter)
- 1 three-piece vertical rod for shoulder ROM exercise
- 50 color-coded pinch exercisers (10 of each resistance)
