I rarely write reviews but I felt this is important for future customers/physicians to read. I initially purchased 3 VIVA Comfort Slim Line Medical Exam Tables. When they were delivered to my medical office, 2 of them were fine, but 1 of them was missing a piece and broken/chipped in the back. I took some pictures of the damage and emailed Tiger Medical. Perry from Tiger Medical responded back the very next day, apologized for the inconvenience, and offered several solutions to the problem. They were out of the Slim Line model however Perry offered me the upgraded Viva Comfort Grande Model as a free replacement instead. I emailed Perry back saying that would be fine and WITHIN 10 DAYS (at most) I had a brand new (and upgraded) medical exam table delivered to my office in perfectly new condition!!! TIGER MEDICAL WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC (AND QUICK) AT RESOLVING THIS ISSUE. I have read other reviews online about different websites/companies taking a long time to replace damaged beds/products. This was NOT the experience I had. They were fair and quick at rectifying the problem, including giving me an upgraded model for no extra charge as they were out of the model I initially ordered. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TIGER MEDICAL!!!! And the tables are absolutely great. The backrest is very easy to move up and down. Personally, I think they are better than the Clinton model exam tables. Thank you Perry and Tiger Medical for such a positive experience!!! I recommend Tiger Medical (and the VIVA Medical Exam Tables) without hesitation!!!!

When I ordered I assumed these were going to be cheaper quality beds but to my surprise they are better quality than much more expensive beds. I have worked in operations for major healthcare companies most of my life and we have spent stupid amounts of money on big name exam tables. This brand is amazing and worth every penny.
