The Jamar Hand Dynamometer offers accurate measurements of the grip forces for strength and effort assessments during physical therapy and rehabilitation. This device is designed for routine screenings and initial and ongoing evaluations of the grip strength of a patient, to identify areas of weakness in the wrist and hand possibly due to injury or disease.

DURABLE: This Jamar Dynamometer is constructed with a strong and sturdy aluminum body, and comes with an easy-to-read display that shows peak force in pounds and/or kilograms.
DEPENDABLE: It can effectively perform grip tests, and can withstand up to 200 lbs force capacity.

Versatile Configurations for your Needs

The Jamar Hand Dynamometer comes in two variations that differ in their model type. Kindly choose your preference in the options menu above.

HYDRAULIC: This Manual Model is designed with an adjustable 5-position handle, and has a dual scale that reads both lb and kg. It gives accurate repeated readings, and its maximum strength indicator remains after reading until reset. (12-0600)
DIGITAL: This digital model has an easy-to-read LCD display, which can show either lb or kg, and allows up to 5 trials for left and right hand. It features a rapid exchange test with audible signal, and a function that automatically calculates the average standard variation and coefficient of variation of results. (12-0604)
